Tasting notes: A combination of pumpkin seed mylk and juice from spinach, cucumber, ginger, mint. This milk is lighter than others.

Made with pumpkin seed mylk, Green Energy is full of essential fatty acids (omega-3 and 6 to get your brain going), and it’s a great source of iron, calcium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, vitamins A, B and E, as well as magnesium and potassium which can enhance the libido and balance hormones.

It can aid detoxification and will assist with inflammation, as too will the spinach, cucumber and ginger. Pumpkin seed mylk also contains tryptophan which can be helpful in alleviating anxiety and aiding sleep.

The spinach and cucumber are further sources of energy as they provide iron, fire up the metabolism and have been know to assist in weight loss. Ginger is known to aid digestion, metabolism, immunity and inflammation.

Green Energy is supercharged with the addition our Energy Booster Potion - a blend of herbal adaptogens that are known to increase energy in the physical body - as well as Australian Bush Flower Essences, which will increase energy in the emotional and energetic states of the body.

Tasting notes: The combination of yogurt and mango gives this mylk a smoothie-like texture, making it ideal for breakfast. The rich creaminess, together with floral spices, allows it to be creamy and refreshing all at once.

This is one of our signature mylks and is our take on the mango lassi.  It’s a unique combination of mango, almond mylk and fermented coconut yogurt which gives it a distinctive tangy flavour unlike any nut mylk you’ve tried before. It’s packed full of turmeric, black pepper, cardamom and vanilla to give it an Indian lassi style vibe.

Yogurt is full of probiotics which benefit gut health. When the microbiome in our bodies gets this injection of good bacteria it helps to increase overall health, and coconut yogurt is particularly good for boosting brain function and cognition. The good fats found in coconut yogurt may boost energy production in the body, speed up metabolism, help control weight, assist in belly fat reduction and boost immunity.

The turmeric and vanilla in this mylk is perfect for fighting any type of inflammation in the body - from a sinus/hayfever problem or a cold/sore throat, to aching joints. Turmeric can also help with fighting depression, act as a pain killer, assist in getting a sound night’s sleep, and along with cardamon it can aid digestion. Cardamon, vanilla and mangoes may all be good libido boosters.

Besides having more than 20 different vitamins and minerals, mangoes contain flavonoids such as betacarotene, alphacarotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin which help vitamin A to impart antioxidant strength and vision-protecting properties, maintaining healthy mucous membranes and skin.

Considered one of the greatest brain foods, mangoes also have abundant quantities of vitamin B6 which is vital for maintaining and improving brain function, helping to support a healthy mood and healthy sleeping patterns.

Mangoes are also rich in iron and contain high amounts of vitamin A and C which help to produce collagen proteins inside the body. Their digestive enzymes can help to promote natural, efficient digestion, and their vitamin E content can even trigger the activity of sex hormones, helping to boost your sex life.

Tasting notes: Fresh coconut water and flesh are blended together with Blue Majik (algae). Coconut is the most prominent flavour carrying the blue-green algae.

This mylk is a winning combination of coconut flesh, coconut water and Blue Majik.

Coconut flesh is full of good fats – particularly MTCs (medium-chain triglycerides - a form of saturated fatty acid) which boost our brain’s cognitive abilities and functions. Good fats in coconut also boost metabolism and increase energy levels, since our body is more likely to convert this fat to fuel that is used straight away, rather than store it.

Coconut flesh also kills disease-causing bacteria, fungi, yeasts and viruses because of the anti-microbial effects of its fatty acids, and is known to lower cholesterol.

Coconut water is full of electrolytes - the perfect way to rehydrate and replace them after exercising and working up a sweat. It helps detox the body, lowers blood pressure, reduces stress and muscle tension and will also, like coconut flesh, boost energy and aid weight loss.

Blue Majik is a blue-green algae which contains a higher concentration of C-Phycocyanin (PC), the blue pigment, than other blue-green algaes. The colour blue is extremely rare in nature, taking it one step further than green compounds which will only penetrate as far as your blood. The blue compounds in this algae will penetrate as far as your stem cells and bone marrow, making it the deepest penetrating compound known to humans.

• increases brain alertness and memory recall
• decreases inflammation all around the body
• revitalises you from a cellular level, meaning your energy levels are increased
• helps regenerate and build cells, powered by your stem cells
• contains a full spectrum, bioavailable multi-vitamin: a natural multi-vitamin which is readily absorbed by the human body, unlike synthetic ones, which are barely absorbed at all

Tasting notes: If you like chilli, this juice is for you: the cucumber balances the pineapple’s sweetness to give a refreshing drink with a little kick from the jalapeno.

As the name suggests, this juice will fire everything up and get things working on the inside. Bromelain in pineapple is known to break down protein fast in the body, and in doing so can help speed up digestion, reducing both bloating and constipation in the process.

Jalapeños contain capsaicin which will literally fire up and boost your metabolism. It doubles energy expenditure for three hours after a meal, and the heat it creates prevents fluid retention by helping you sweat out excess water.

Cucumber can aid in hydration (hence a great hangover preventative), weight management, boost your metabolism, prevent fluid retention and constipation, and being packed with many of the B vitamins they are great for stress. It has the winning benefit of giving you an all over flow.

The spinach in this juice also aids in digestion and oxygenates the blood for a powerful effect - it increases energy expenditure and will also flood the body with iron which is also essential in keeping your energy reserves going.

Kale is full of antioxidants, very high in nutrients, low in calories, and is a powerful “fire me up” addition for powering through life.

Tasting notes: A beginners green juice: a green juice that doesn’t taste overly leafy. The flavours of apple and mint take centre stage, balanced by the naturally salty celery.

The mint in this juice offers a twist on a typical green juice.

It’s easy to drink and we recommend it to those who are new to juices, particularly green juices. This juice is full of antioxidants which will savage free radicals in the body and assist in boosting immunity.

All the green goodness in this juice will stimulate detoxification. Both the mint and the apple aid detox by increasing the bile production in the liver, which speeds up detoxification. Mint can also aid digestion and soothe an upset or nauseous stomach.

The celery is great for taming inflammation and neutralises acidity in the body, which increases the body’s natural immunity. Spinach and silverbeet are high in iron - increasing muscle output and oxygenation throughout the body to assist in powering up your energy levels.

Tasting notes: With no sugary fruits, this juice relies on the natural sweetness of red capsicum and beets. doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil brings all the vegetable flavours together with a finish of caynenne pepper to add some heat.

A root juice with a difference, Hot Root combines carrot and beetroot with red capsicum, cayenne pepper and wild pepper oil for a mild, spicy kick. This balances out the sweetness of the root veggies and adds another layer of flavour to a delicious juice reminiscent of eating a well-balanced meal.

Beetroot is known to boost endurance and physical performance, increase muscle strength, maintain a healthy weight, support the liver, aid in detoxification and help lower blood pressure. Beetroot is a high source of vitamin C, but red capsicum is one of the highest sources of vitamin C, so this juice provides more than the daily recommended intake. Not only is a large amount of vitamin C good for your immune system, it’s also great for your skin, skin subtleness and warding off wrinkles! This, along with the carotenoids found in bell peppers, improves the health of your skin and promotes collagen production. Carotenoids also boost the immune system by helping it defend the body against free radicals, harmful bacteria, viruses and inflammation

Both capsicum and carrots contain nutrients which are essential for eye health, and high levels of beta-carotene which help with skin and skin repair to keep you looking good.

Just like beetroot, red capsicum and cayenne pepper can both assist in weight loss because they contain capsaicin - this induces thermogenesis, a heating up in the body responsible for increasing the metabolic rate.

Capsicum is also beneficial in maintaining prime cognitive health and is one of the best brain foods. It also has a high presence of vitamin B6, which increases the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine, sometimes referred to as the “happy hormones”. High levels of these hormones are associated with improved mood, higher energy levels and improved concentration.

Tasting notes: A refreshing combination of watermelon and mint is elevated by beetroot’s colour and earthinesss.

The combination of watermelon, beetroot, mint and lime not only looks fantastic, but it makes this juice one of our sweetest. It is an excellent one for those new to juicing, those who want a quick pick-me-up, energy burst or a sweet healthy fix. The great rich colour of this juice also means it’s one that you can get kids to drink without much questioning.

Both beetroot and watermelon are known to be beneficial to your energy levels. Beetroot is  also known to boost endurance and physical performance, increase muscle strength, whilst watermelon is an instant source of energy as it contains electrolytes (sodium and potassium), minerals and carbohydrates which keep the body hydrated, will quickly energise and reduce muscle soreness and cramps.

Beetroot helps maintain and support the liver and can aid with detoxification, movin' all those toxins out. Watermelon is excellent for cleansing and flushing out the kidneys and bladder, aiding in the excretion of waste materials. It can have a diuretic effect, which can assist in relieving bloating and reducing water retention.

The combination of beetroot, watermelon and lime will also get things movin’ in the weight loss department, well known for their metabolism-boosting benefits. The citric acid present in lime is an excellent fat burner and can help with constipation, as too will beetroot. Mint leaves also stimulate fat-burning functions in the body.

Beetroot, mint and lime are all high sources of vitamin C - essential for immunity and healthy, hydrated, less wrinkly skin. Mint contains vitamin E and salicylic acid which can offer further benefits for the skin:  renewing dead and damaged cells, giving it a healthy glow.

Both lime and mint can also improve digestion, reduce bloating and keep things movin’. When your digestion is working properly, the body is less sluggish and has more overall energy and vitality.

Tasting notes: A classic combination of carrot and orange is lifted with ginger and turmeric, with a subtle flavour of black pepper. Refreshing and flavourful.

This juice is one of our signature juices and packed with a golden veggie, fruit and spice, making it pure gold and a customer favourite. Not only does it taste delicious, it has so many benefits. It’s essentially a root juice with carrot as its primary ingredient and the source of most of the sweetness, and a great way to get a high dose of turmeric into you in a palatable way. The turmeric gives it a tasty kick of spice, making it an unusual flavour combination. Black pepper oil increases the uptake of the turmeric and makes all its vast benefits bioavailable to your body. The orange balances and rounds out the flavour profiles of this juice.

Carrots get their colour from antioxidants called carotenoids. One of these carotenoids is beta carotene, a precursor to active vitamin A which increases immunity in the body. Beta carotenes also protect the skin, promote eye health and help fight free radicals. Carrots are also known to balance blood sugar, relieve congestion, improve blood health and brain function and can help nearly every part of your body. Along with turmeric, they are the perfect inflammation fighter.

It is now believed that chronic, low-level inflammation plays a major role in almost every chronic Western disease, including heart disease, cancer, metabolic syndrome, Alzheimer's and various degenerative conditions. Turmeric is now being recognised as one of the leading natural fighters of inflammatory problems in the body.

Curcumin, the main active ingredient in turmeric, is a very strong antioxidant that neutralises free radicals, then stimulates the body's own antioxidant enzymes. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects on the body, whether it be fighting a cold or flu, a sore throat, sinus or hayfever, headaches, asthma, aching body parts or joint inflammation such as arthritis (many studies show that curcumin can help treat symptoms of arthritis and is, in some cases, more effective than anti-inflammatory drugs).

Curcumin is known to boost levels of the brain hormone BDNF which increases the growth of new neurons and fights various degenerative processes in the brain. Because it can cross the blood-brain barrier easily, it has also been known to improve memory, assist in aiding depression and fighting Alzheimers. Curcumin can also aid in weight loss, act as a natural pain killer, has been known to regulate cholesterol levels, assist in the natural management of diabetes and aid gastrointestinal conditions and diseases.

On its own, curcumin is poorly absorbed into the bloodstream and should therefore be consumed with black pepper. Black pepper contains piperine which makes curcumin bioavailable to the body, and has been known to enhance the uptake and absorption by 2000%.

Oranges can also assist in taming inflammation because they are full of anti-oxidants. They contain folic acid that can aid brain growth and development, stimulate and even improve blood circulation and its flow through the lymphatic system to assist in the detox process. We all know that oranges are packed full of high levels of vitamin C  - great for boosting our immunity and essential for keeping our skin looking great, slowing the signs of ageing, reducing wrinkles, improving  skin texture and helping to restore and maintain collagen levels.

In short, this juice can act as a panacea for almost all ailments, making it a great juice to have daily.

Tasting notes: Perfect for breakfast: a combination of zesty and slightly bitter citrus fruits balanced by grape juice and aloe.

The grapefruit in this juice is the dominant flavour, making for a tart and tangy morning drink or a thirst-quenching afternoon pick-me-up. The tartness of the grapefruit is rounded off by the grapes and orange, and the aloe vera gives it a soft, velvety smooth feel on the palette.

Grapefruit fights fatigue and tiredness; being made up of 92% water, it has one of the highest water contents of any fruit. Aloe vera is also extremely hydrating - two of the reasons this juice is perfect to hydrate you.

Grapefruit is known to benefit sleep and can relieve symptoms of insomnia, as well as helping support the liver and aiding in detoxification.

Grapefruit may help lower "bad" LDL cholesterol levels; its nutrients of potassium, lycopene, and choline can help maintain a healthy heart. It may also assist in weight management, since grapefruit is known to burn fat and can make improvements in blood pressure and lipid levels which are connected to obesity.

Grapefruit, like oranges and grapes, are full of antioxidants that will scavenge free radicals from the body, as well as containing high levels of vitamin C that can boost all round immunity. The high levels of vitamin C can also help to improve skin texture and quality, reduce wrinkles and helps plays a vital role in the formation of collagen. It also contains vitamin A - vital for healthy looking skin.

Grapefruit helps to promote digestion by increasing the flow of gastric juices. Aloe Vera is also great for digestion as it contains several enzymes known to help in the breakdown of sugars and fats and keep it running smoothly.

Aloe vera may help decrease irritation in the stomach and intestines, making this juice brilliant for people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other inflammatory disorders of the intestines. It is also great for constipation, and the phytonutrients in it are great for liver function and detoxification.

Grapes can aid digestion further and have also been known to cure indigestion and irritation in the stomach.

Hangover Remedy Info Page

The Green Doctor

The perfect potion to have prior to a big night out, protecting the liver and neutralizing toxins, it contains chlorophyll and chlorella, an algae with the highest amount of chlorophyll. A Japanese study found that taking chlorella before drinking alcohol can prevent hang overs by 96%

Chlorophyll restores energy and  is known to be one of the greatest detoxifying agents capable of removing alcohol and heavy metals from the liver. It has also been known to regenerate the blood, cleanse the bowels and is also rich in minerals and nutrients.

If it’s not consumed pre-drinking binge, it will be just as effective post-binge in neutralising the alcohol and cleansing the liver, possibly giving you more energy back the next  day.

The New Black Doctor

This potion contains Buckminsterfullerene C60 and activated charcoal - the first thing they give you when you go to hospital for drug or alcohol poisoning. The charcoal absorbs and cleans up any alcohol, toxins and chemicals in the system, while the Buckminsterfullerene C60 works on the cellular level and helps draw the toxins from our cells, tissues, blood and organs. This is a great thing to have prior to bed, or first thing the morning after, but it needs to be taken away from the Green Doctor, a green juice or any medication because it will draw all the nutritional and cleansing benefits of these two remedies. It also needs to be accompanied by a lot of water to make it most effective.

Green Juices

Green juices prior to and after a big night are also in the gold-medal-hangover-cure category - the perfect thing to combat the “I’ve been bashed by the booze bottle” feeling. They are a huge flush of green goodness to push and flush everything out of your system, and because juicing requires zero digestion (kind of like alcohol), all of the nutrients from juice are instantly zapped into your bloodstream to super-fire your energy faster.

In this Hang Over Remedy pack we offer the option of two green juices.

Easy Tiger is a fantastic green juice for cleansing and detoxing the body. Taken before bed, you will you sleep - full of chlorophyll (from spinach and silverbeet), celery (known for its cleansing action) and apple and mint, which have been known to assist in bile production and secretion – aka speeding up liver detoxification. The mint in it will also aid queasiness.

Hard Core is for you If you’re feeling a tad more hardcore or have allergies or intolerances to the ingredients in Easy Tiger , full of chlorophyll (kale and spinach), cucumber (known to hydrate and re-hydrate the body) and coriander (known as a powerful liver chelator, helping to specifically eliminate toxins and heavy metals from your liver). Ginger will aid queasiness, and the turmeric will tame any inflammation.

Blue Lagoon is full of coconut water - the perfect, natural way to replace the electrolytes in your system which alcohol depletes, one of the biggest culprits for dehydration and the hangover headache. The coconut flesh will provide your body with good fats (warding off those “I need grease” cravings) and quickly convert to fuel for your body, thus also warding off the other hang-over craving: “I need carbs”  (essentially your body wanting energy and wanting it NOW). The Blue Majik in this mylk is full of C-Phycocyanin, known for its powerful anti-inflammation benefits (a hangover is essentially inflammation in the body induced by alcohol). It will also revitalize your body from a cellular level - increasing your energy levels and giving your brain an alertness boost which the alcohol may have knocked out of you
